Rebranding campaigns demand specific skills for bringing a brand – often an established one – to an even higher ground. Our FRICO project demonstrates an understanding of the demographics and psychographics of Vietnam for the home-maker market segment. We succeeded in repositioning the premium brand to a higher perceived value, consistent with Vietnam’s resounding economic growth.

Market Positioning

Our First Mansion project required combining market positioning knowledge with out-of-the-box thinking.

Petaling street has an awning that is labelled ‘the dragon’s back’, identifiable by its distinct green colour stretched along the street’s length. The question is, what’s a body without a head? First Mansion is the highest building in the vicinity and therefore makes an ideal ‘dragon’s head’.

The current property has been taken over and managed by the Four Points Sheraton brand.
